The tasteful holiday home "Glückliche Aussicht" can accommodate up to 4 people and is beautifully situated on the Flensburg Fjord with a view of the sea. The 110 square meter house was completed in 2023, lovingly furnished and has high-quality equipment.
Spread over two levels are a master bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, an open kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a shower room, a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the newly designed garden, which invites you to linger, there is a garden house and a storage room for bicycles. The house has a large roof terrace with a gas grill and an unobstructed view over the Flensburg Fjord to Denmark. There is space for up to two cars on the property.
A natural beach section is just a few steps away. And the spa beach in Holnis can also be reached quickly by bike. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday in an oasis of well-being near the Baltic Sea.
There are two charging stations for charging electric cars in the large public car park diagonally opposite the house. There are two connections with 22kW each.
In Glücksburg, a tourist tax per person (from 18 years of age) per day will be charged in addition to the costs for accommodation in the following periods.

Please note that key handover and return is contactless via our office in Flensburg, Bismarckstraße 66a.
